NOTIFICATION
Special Recruitment for PH (Locomotor disability/Cerebral palsy) for filling up of 3% backlog vacancies during 2004-07 (State wide)Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

 The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification is intended to make recruitment to the backlog vacancies earmarked for the various categories and PH groups found eligible as per GO (P) No 61/2012/SWD dated 17.10.2012 and will remain in force for a maximum period of three years subject to the condition that the ranked list will cease to exist as and when candidates are advised and appointed against the above mentioned vacancies. Rules 14 to 17 of Part II, KS&SSR are not applicable to this selection. 

Selection to the above-mentioned vacancies will be made from among the PH categories found suitable for the post as per existing government orders.
5. Method of Recruitment : Direct Recruitment 
Note:- Application submitted by candidates other than those belonging to PH (Locomotor disability/Cerebral palsy) category will be rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them.
6. Age : 21 – 50 Only candidates born between 02.01.1964 and 01.01.1993 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (including relaxation in Para 2 of the General Conditions) 
7. Qualification:Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB/MCh/DM) or equivalent qualification in the concerned specialty with 3 years teaching experience or such other teaching experiences as prescribed
by the Medical Council of India
Permanent Registration under State Medial Council (TCMC)
1. Rule 10(a)ii of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
2. The Post Graduate study period for medical subjects will be considered as teaching experience for appointment as Assistant Professor, provided the candidates have undergone Residency Programme during the Post Graduate course period. In the case of candidates who have passed the post graduate courses without undergoing residency programme, a certificate shall be produced by the candidate from the principal of the College to the effect that, the candidate has got teaching/clinical work experience during the Post Graduate course period. In the absence of candidates with the above qualification candidates belonging to PH category (locomotor disability/cerebral palsy) with
(i) MBBS Degree from a recognised University

Note:-
Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (TCMC) 
will be considered for the post of lecturer (salary as per UGC Norms)
Rule 10(a)ii of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
8 Method of submitting application
Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' scheme through the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission ‘www.keralapsc.gov.in’ for applying for the post. Candidates who have already registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User ID and password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link to apply for a post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a printout of the details in the profile by clicking the link ‘Registration Card’. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application, candidates must ensure correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote the User ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the provisions of the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove Qualification, experience, community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
